About Grouparty
Party games for one big screen and everyone's phones.
What is Grouparty?
Grouparty is a free collection of multiplayer party games made for groups in the same room. One person opens a game on a TV, laptop or tablet: that is the host screen everybody watches. Everyone else scans the QR code with their phone, types a nickname and plays from their own device.
There is nothing to install and no account to create. It works in any modern web browser, so a family dinner, a classroom break or a night with friends can turn into a game in less than a minute.
The games
The collection mixes very different kinds of play: timed trivia, social deduction, memory challenges, color guessing, number hunting, word matching, tank battles and submarine combat. Every game is designed so the shared screen tells the story while each phone becomes a private controller, which means you can keep secrets, race against each other and see the results together.
-
Battle City
Multiplayer tank battle! Drive your tank from your phone, destroy enemies and protect the base.
-
Count Birds
Count the black birds on screen! Rounds get harder — birds move, change color, and distractors appear.
-
Guess the Color
The host screen shows a color for 5 seconds. Match it on your phone with RGB sliders before time runs out!
-
How Want to Be a Billionaire
A trivia game. Answer questions correctly to earn points and become a billionaire!
-
Mind Match
The host shows a category. Everyone types one word — points for every player who thinks the same as you. The more minds you match, the higher your score!
-
Sequence Memory
Watch the grid light up in sequence, then repeat it on your phone! Each round adds one more step — how far can your memory take you?
-
Soup of Numbers
A grid full of digits hides secret numbers. The host shows which number to hunt — first player to find it in the soup and tap it wins the points. Longer numbers are worth more!
-
Submarine Combat
Place your submarines on the grid, then fire coordinates every round. Your shot hits every opponent hiding a ship there. Last fleet standing wins!
-
The Fisherman
A social deduction game. The fisherman must find the impostor before they blend in with the knowers.
Who makes it
Hi, I'm Daniel Arenas, a software developer. I built Grouparty just for fun, because I wanted simple games to play with friends and family where nobody has to download an app. I keep adding new games and improving the existing ones.

Free to play
Grouparty is free. To help pay for the servers, the site may show ads served by Google. You can read how that works in the Privacy Policy. Ideas, bug reports or game suggestions are always welcome on the Contact page.
